Return & Refund Policy

At BC Mobile Truck Canopy (18204527 Canada Ltd.), our canopies are large, freight-shipped aluminium products matched to your specific truck, and installation is a hands-on service. Our return terms reflect that. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under British Columbia's Sale of Goods Act and Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, which always apply.

Change-of-mind returns (unused, uninstalled canopies). If you have changed your mind, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and unmounted, in its original undamaged packaging with all hardware and documentation, and is not a clearance or as-is item. Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and you are responsible for return shipping. Return freight on a canopy is significant, so please contact us first and we will help arrange the most economical carrier. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the purchase price less the restocking fee to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. This is on us. If your canopy arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you, including shipping. Please inspect your canopy on delivery and note any visible freight damage with the carrier before signing.

Final sale. Canopies that have been installed, mounted, or fitted to a vehicle, and clearance or as-is units, cannot be returned for change of mind. They remain covered by warranty and by law for defects.

Warranty. Canopies carry a 2-year factory warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, covering the shell and hardware. We also warrant our own installation workmanship for 90 days from the install date against defects in the installation itself (this does not cover misuse, accidents, overloading, modifications, or normal wear).

Installation services. Completed installation labour is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked install, mobile-install fees are refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment, and non-refundable within 48 hours or for a no-show.

How to start a return or claim. Email info@mobiletruckcanopy.com or call (672) 389-6301 with your order number (and photos for any damage or defect). Please do not ship anything back before receiving a return authorization from us.
