SHIPPING & LOCAL INSTALL POLICY

Mobile Truck Canopy serves customers two ways: mobile installation in the Lower Mainland, and canopy shipping to select out-of-region destinations.

MOBILE INSTALLATION (LOWER MAINLAND, BC):
Our core service area covers Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford and surrounding communities. We bring the canopy and tools to your home or job site. Locations beyond our core radius may incur a travel fee, quoted and agreed before booking. Install timing is confirmed after fitment is verified.

CANOPY SHIPPING (OUT OF REGION):
We ship canopies to select destinations including Calgary and Edmonton for self-installation. Because canopies are large freight items shipped from our distributor, shipping cost and lead time are quoted per order based on your destination and the unit ordered. We confirm the freight quote with you before finalizing your order.

LEAD TIMES:
Canopies are ordered from our distributor after your deposit and fitment confirmation. Typical lead time is 3-4 business days before delivery or install, and varies by model and availability. We keep you updated on your order status.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT:
Inspect your canopy on delivery. Report any freight damage to us within 48 hours with photos so we can begin a claim. See our Return & Refund Policy.
