TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of mobiletruckcanopy.com and any purchase of products or services from Mobile Truck Canopy, by placing an order you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS & FITMENT:
All canopy sales require fitment confirmation for your specific vehicle (year, make, model, bed length) before an order is finalized. Prices shown are estimates until fitment is confirmed; a quote is not binding until we confirm fitment and you approve the final price. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is accepted.

ORDERS & DEPOSITS:
A deposit confirms your booking. Order acceptance occurs when we confirm fitment and place your order with our distributor. See our Return & Refund Policy for deposit and cancellation terms.

MOBILE INSTALLATION:
Mobile installation is available within our Lower Mainland service area. Locations beyond our core radius may incur a travel fee, quoted before booking. You are responsible for providing safe, legal, accessible space for the install (a level driveway or comparable). We may reschedule if conditions are unsafe.

PRICING & TAXES:
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable GST and PST are added at checkout or on your final invoice.

SHIPPING:
Out-of-region canopy shipping (e.g. Alberta) is quoted separately. See our Shipping Policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under BC law.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of British Columbia.
