Terms of Service

This store is operated by 18204527 Canada Ltd., doing business as BC Mobile Truck Canopy ("we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund policies.

Products and fitment. We sell aluminium truck canopies and related accessories and offer local installation. Canopies are matched to specific truck makes, models, years, and bed sizes - please provide accurate vehicle details, and we will confirm the correct fit before your order ships. We are not responsible for a mismatch caused by inaccurate vehicle information you provide.

Pricing and taxes. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Applicable GST and PST are added at checkout as required by law. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues) and will refund any payment if we do.

Installation services. Mobile installation is available in our Lower Mainland service area and added at checkout by zone. You are responsible for having your vehicle available, clean, and accessible at the scheduled time. Mobile-install fees are refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment, and non-refundable within 48 hours or for a no-show. We warrant our installation workmanship for 90 days and are not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, damage from overloading or misuse after install, or third-party modifications.

Warranty and liability. Canopies carry a 2-year factory warranty against defects; our installation workmanship is warranted for 90 days. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under British Columbia's Sale of Goods Act and Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service at issue, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property. The site's content, branding, and photography are owned by BC Mobile Truck Canopy and may not be used without permission.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, and any dispute is subject to the courts of British Columbia.
